The Clark County Board of Education Special meeting will be on Tuesday, February 3, 2026 at 6:00p.m. The primary meeting will be held at the Central Office building at 1600 W. Lexington Ave., Winchester, KY.

The Clark County Board of Education is seeking bids for the purchase of our EBS (Educational Broadband Service) license with FCC call sign of WLX914. Submitted bids/proposals should comply with all applicable FCC rules and regulations governing EBS spectrum transfers.

Note: The license is currently subject to an existing lease, and that lessee holds a right of first refusal and associated exclusivity rights.
